Movement Therapy
We offer specialised
movement techniques which aim to improve health and posture
and decrease stress. Spacial Dynamics help to deal with
minor injuries and chronic pain. Working with movement also
addresses specific issues around self esteem and body image.
Rather than being moved by fate, we teach you through movement
to join fate to become the creator of your own life.

When we talk about
being ‘down in the dumps’ or being‘cheered
up’, we reveal the powerful link between space and
our emotions. Most people take the space around them for
granted. We normally give it as much thought as a fish gives
to the sea.
Spatial Dynamics believes that the way in which we relate
to space - the space in which we live, the space in which
we move – has a profound effect on our health. By
shining a light on the way we move – our posture,
the way we walk, sit, run – we can identify and change
our deepest ingrained habits that may be hindering us, or
even contributing to injuries and illnesses.
By learning to work with the dynamics of space and movement
we can choose a new way of relating to others. Spatial Dynamics
is also a powerful tool for working with groups and improving
the ‘working space’ in organisations. We offer
a range of games and team building exercises to meet your
colleagues in a moving way!
