At the core of our work is the
belief that dreaming processes go far beyond our night time
dreams. Dreams express themselves in physical symptoms,
relationship difficulties, addictions, extreme states of
consciousness and social tensions. When approached with
respect, these dream-like processes can lead to insights
that are vital to our personal and social development.
We offer psychotherapy for all
individuals, couples and families who are interested in
personal development. Our predominant model is Process Work,
informed by other integrative and humanistic approaches
to awareness work that aim to help facilitate individual
and collective approaches to change.
Process Work, developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell, has roots
in Jungian Psychology, Taoism and Quantum Physics. Its broad-spectrum
approach includes, psychotherapy, bodywork, spirituality,
social activism, group dynamics and art. It is an awareness
method that helps individuals to effect change by discovering
the underlying patterns structuring their lives through
an exploration of their experiences. By working with disturbances
as 'welcome' signposts of the underlying pattern, we facilitate
individuals to discover their own unseen potential and unconscious
emerging identity. Indeed, we believe that even the most
difficult experiences and events are dreamlike expressions
of the unconscious mind. When these experiences are explored
further, they can lead to vital insights and energetic shifts.
